I looked at a lot of memory foam toppers before purchasing this one. You basically need to know two things before buying...what thickness you need and what density...your weight and preferred sleep position play into choosing the correct memory foam thickness and density.

I had a back and neck injury that left me unable to sleep comfortably. I've had this mattress topper for a couple of weeks now and it has been a real lifesaver for me. I am not only comfortable, but I often wake up in the same position that I fell asleep in...and I don't get out of bed with a cracking/creaking neck and back like I used to.

Like other memory foam toppers, there is a mild odor to the material, but it is very, very mild. Not strong like I've seen reported in reviews of other toppers.

The mattress cover that comes with the topper is nothing special. Just extra deep to accommodate the memory foam.

For the cost, this product was a good buy. The pillows are very small and not terribly useful but the pad is of decent quality memory foam and working well.
Dont panic when you see the small box this arrives in. It compresses to an amazingly small size. Once it's out of the box it will fill out.
Be sure to air out the pad for at least 8 hours before putting on a bed as the chemical smell it has when new is pretty bad.
Then be prepared to sink into luxury, and enjoy!

I researched and asked questions to anyone that's owned a mattress topper. I finally decided on this one since the price was very reasonable. Slept on it the past couple of nights and actually feel rested for a change instead of sleeping 8 hours and still feeling tired.

This is the best thing I have ever slept on. I tried a national name brand in the store once and it was too firm. This 4.2 is just right (not to soft, not to firm). It actually feels like I am floating on a Cloud. The name brand product was 800.00 so I saved over 600.00 and all I have to do is put the cover on myself! What a deal! It did take me about a week to get used to sleeping on it and I also aired it out a few days because of the new foam smell. The foam smell is still there but it is so comfy I don't think I could live without it and they assured me it would disappear in a few weeks. Overall it was the best price I found online anywhere including amazon I saved almost 100.00 off this item SleepWarehouse Premier Plus 4lb 3" Queen Memory Foam Mattress Topper with FREE Memory Foam Pillow and Spruce It Up had great customer service too. A+
