I bought this mattress for the specific reason that i needed a twin and an XL twin memory foam mattress that was only 7 inches thick for a daybed which it does fit that criteria. But when i got it, it really is rectangular foam layers that you have to put together yourself. It says it comes with a cover to complete the mattress, but it really is a very cheap regular mattress cover. I was at least expecting something that would zip all the way around so you could believe you ended up with a somewhat normal mattress. I kept it because I couldnt find another 7'' memory foam mattress in an XL twin, but if i could have gone with something thicker i definitely would have returned it. ( I have 2 great pillow top mem foam mattresses from the Sleepshop also bought on amazon) To their credit , it is comfortable enough, but i am a small person. If you are a bit heavier you might hit bottom. All in all if you dont have these specific needs like i did, i would stay far away. Its not worth the price!
